Shipping Information

Order Cut-Off Time

Order cut-off time for each business day is 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Any order received after that time will be processed the following business day. During public holidays, there may be a delay in order processing. Some circumstances may arise (such as weather) which will be out of our control and could lead to deliveries not arriving within the estimated time.

Delivery Locations:

to deliver your order and ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Fees

We work directly with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping fees are calculated based on the size/weight of your order and the delivery timeframe you select at check-out.

Local Delivery

If your order is within a 10-mile radius of Deland, Florida, we may be able to offer same-day delivery. Before placing your order, please email questions@furreverhug.com for confirmation.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. It will include tracking information for your convenience. Confirmation email will come from [need email]

Damages

furr-ever hug is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If the need arises, please contact the USPS to file a claim. You can do this by visiting the USPS website at  https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Returns Information

Satisfaction Guarantee

At furr-ever hug™, we care about you and your satisfaction with any of our products purchased. We also realize you may be going through a difficult time right now. Therefore, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item(s) arrival date to request a refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your order arrived, unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return

Email questions@furreverhug.com to let us know the reason for your return plus your order date and order number. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what item you would like as a replacement. We will create and email you a pre-paid shipping label along with additional instructions for the return.

To receive a refund

Item(s) returned must be in the same condition as originally sent to you. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email regarding the status of your refund request. Refunds are processed by automatically applying a credit to your original method of payment (please note it may take several days for this refund to show on your account).

To receive an exchange

Item(s) returned must be in the same condition as originally sent to you. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email regarding the status of your exchange request. Please note, shipping changes for the exchanged item will be charged to your original method of payment.

If you need an item exchanged quickly

We suggest placing a separate order for the replacement item. Then return the original item to us for a possible refund rather than an exchange.
