Are your products sold on other websites?
Currently, this website is the only location where furr-ever hug items are sold.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, please email questions@furreverhug.com and we will be happy to assist you. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please refer to our Refund Policy to request a refund or exchange.
Can I request a refund or exchange?
Yes you may, as your satisfaction is very important to us. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
What if I need an item exchanged quickly?
We suggest placing a separate order for the replacement item. Then return the original item to us for a refund rather than an exchange.
Are you going to sell my personal information?
No. We do not share, rent, or sell your information.
How long will it take for orders to be fulfilled?
Our goal is to process orders in 1 to 2 business days.
Do you provide local delivery?
For Businesses only with orders over $200. If your order is within a 10-mile radius of Deland, Florida, we may be able to offer delivery. To determine if delivery is possible, please email questions@furreverhug.com with your requested order and address. We will respond with additional information.
Can my order be sent for overnight delivery?
Yes, you may select this option at check-out.
